Great to see CPR assocaition form -hope it will be the start of something much bigger . shke the comfortable out of their cosy caomplacency over competeition policy . "The CPR holds real concerns in a number of areas –

-A proliferation of new liquor licences and increased problems with alcohol abuse;
-Diminished professional services in rural areas;
-An undermining of professional accountability;
Compromised patient care in the dental, optical and pharmaceutical areas;
-A deterioration in customer service and duty of care, including erosion of standards of responsible service of alcohol;
The destruction of small family owned and family run businesses.
